In this interactive in-person workshop, we will introduce you to some simple yet powerful concepts and tools for unlocking the potential in conflict. You will experience practical ways of working with challenges and conflict situations - whether these are within yourself (dilemmas) or present in your external world. Our way of working is rooted in the Transformational Presence® based approach to life and leadership and inspired by frameworks such as Johan Galtung's Conflict Triangle.
