Transformational Presence Leadership in Business
We are living in a time of great uncertainty, rising tensions, and polarisation. The year 2025
seems to be challenging our fundamental assumptions about how the world works. Yet,
what feels chaotic and unsettling can also be fertile ground for something new and better.
Now more than ever, it is essential to stay present with what is, while holding a bigger
vision.
Transformational Presence helps visionary leaders and changemakers cultivate their inner
capacities to create the breakthrough organisations and institutions our world urgently
needs – confronting uncomfortable truths, finding clarity in uncertainty, summoning courage
in the unknown, and taking impactful steps forward by tapping into the deeper potential
beneath the surface.
Met Transformational Presence creëer je de optimale omstandigheden om duurzame verandering te katalyseren en het potentieel in individuen, teams en organisaties te ontsluiten.
The Programme
The Transformational Presence Leadership in Business (TPLB) programme provides
powerful methods for leading through change, navigating complexity, and cultivating a
healthy and effective relationship with conflict. The programme is highly interactive and
consists largely of practical exercises, giving you the opportunity to explore and develop your
Transformational Leadership.
You will practice deep listening, being fully present, and becoming more aware of the
choices you make daily as a leader – choices that create long-term sustainability for yourself,
your team, and your organisation.
This programme focuses on leading in complexity, change, and conflict.
It is designed for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, changemakers, coaches, consultants,
teachers, politicians, and all those who are eager to take their leadership to the next level
and make a meaningful difference in the world.
"A problem is not something to be solved, it is a message to be listened to." – Alan Seale
Transformational Presence
Transformational Presence is a powerful way of showing up to life and leadership, calling
forth the best from people, situations, organisations, and societies in service of a greater
good. Effective, impactful, and transformative leadership in today’s rapidly changing world
requires new skills, tools, and broader capacities for awareness and perception.
Transformational Presence helps you cut to the essence of circumstances, identify emerging
potential, and partner with that potential to discover a clear pathway forward – a pathway
to creating the breakthrough organisations and institutions our world urgently needs.
Through practical tools and frameworks, Transformational Presence expands awareness and
teaches us to create the optimal conditions for catalysing change and unlocking the potential
within individuals, teams, and organisations.
Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level?

Your trainers
Jo Boniszewski has been working closely with Alan Seale since 2013. Transformational Presence has become the foundational “backbone” of her approach to life, and work. She is currently a program leader for the Transformational Presence signature programs, both open-enrolment and in-company forms.
An experienced transformational leadership (team) coach and facilitator, Jo has been a trainer in the field of leadership and personal development for nearly 20 years.
She enables those with whom she works to get to the heart of the matter quickly, expand awareness, and partner with their challenges, resulting in significant and sustainable growth.
Prior to becoming a coach, Jo spent 15 years in the corporate world. She quite naturally bridges the perceived gaps between the rational intellect and intuitive knowing, between task orientation and people orientation. As a result, the individuals and teams with whom she works learn to thrive and lead with ease and impact, even in these complex and turbulent times.
Jo is British and has lived in The Netherlands with her husband and three children, for 30 years. She works with openness, trust, respect, focus, challenge, creativity and fun.
In 2012, Katarina Cars took the major decision to leave her corporate career in Human Resources and start her own business. In that same year, she met Alan Seale for the first time at the International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Conference in London. Alan was leading a workshop for about 500 people in the plenary hall, and Katarina was touched by the energy, the deep messages, and the knowledge and experience she gained through Alan in his workshop. Since then, Transformational Presence has become a way of living and the way Katarina approaches clients, customers, and in any relationship with people she interacts with.
Katarina has a degree in Human Resources from the University of Uppsala in Sweden. She has always been very curious about what we as humans bring to the world, and how our relationships to one another matter. During her corporate career, she worked globally in the life-sciences and telecom industries in association with Pharmacia Biotech, Amersham, General Electric Healthcare, and Telenor.
Cars Consulting Group supports teams in their development as well as individuals in their personal growth. When working with management teams, her primary focus is on helping teams build greater trust and learn deeper ways of listening. She invites the kind of dialogue that brings the topics that matter most to the surface. Katarina designs leadership programs for companies as well as personal development programs for anyone who is curious to learn, grow, and develop themselves to their greatest potential.
Katarina was born in Uppsala, Sweden and still makes that city her home. At the same time, she also has a favorite place on Utö, an island in the Stockholm archipelago. For her, Utö is her “true home.” There, she is close to the sea, the forest, and the silence. It is here that she feels closest to Transformational Presence. She and her colleagues therefore welcome clients and customers to spend time on the island where they can relax in the nature and beauty of their surroundings and do some great work together!
