Concepts and practices for partnering with conflict

In this interactive in-person workshop, I will introduce you to some simple yet powerful concepts and tools for unlocking the potential in conflict. You will experience practical ways of working with challenges and conflict situations - whether these are within yourself (dilemmas) or present in your external world. My way of working is rooted in the Transformational Presence® based approach to life and leadership and inspired by frameworks such as Johan Galtung's Conflict Triangle. Join me in March and experience ways to:

Stay grounded and present with challenging situations
Partner with conflict from a place of conscious choice
Identify and release the potential for a new way forward
Identify your next steps for impactful presence and action

The workshop will have the most impact and value for you if you have a conflict, dilemma, challenge or polarising situation that you are currently struggling with or would like to gain clarity on. You will not have to talk about the story or details of your conflict, so it can be as personal or challenging as you want. As mentioned above, if you are prepared to at least share your learning and insights, then that is great!
