Trainer - Jo Bonizewski
Since 2013, Jo Boniszewski has worked closely with Alan Seale, with Transformational Presence forming the backbone of both her work and her life.
As programme leader, Jo guides both open-enrolment and in-company programmes in Transformational Presence.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a (team) coach and trainer in transformational leadership and personal development, Jo helps people quickly cut to the heart of the matter, expand their awareness, and learn to partner with challenges rather than resist them. This leads to profound and lasting growth – true transformation.
Before becoming a leadership coach, Jo worked for 15 years in the corporate world. She speaks the language of her clients and bridges the gap between rational thinking and intuitive knowing, between task focus and people focus.
The individuals and teams she works with learn to grow naturally and to lead with effectiveness, impact, and compassion in today’s complex and turbulent times.
Born in the UK and based in the Netherlands for 30 years, Jo lives with her husband and their three children. Her work is characterised by openness, trust, respect, clarity, creativity, and joy. She will lovingly hold your feet to the fire, inviting you to take the step you may hesitate to take, yet deep down know is yours to make.
