Trainer - Jo Bonizewski
Jo Boniszewski has been working closely with Alan Seale since 2013. Transformational Presence forms the essential backbone of how she approaches both her life and her work.
As programme leader, she facilitates both open-enrolment programmes and in-company programmes based on Transformational Presence.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a (team) coach and trainer in transformational leadership and personal development, she helps people quickly get to the heart of a matter, expand their awareness, and work with challenges rather than fight against them.
This leads to profound and lasting growth – true transformation. Before becoming a leadership coach, Jo spent 15 years in the corporate world. She understands the “language” of her clients and effortlessly bridges rational thinking and intuitive knowing, as well as task orientation and people orientation.
Through this, the individuals and teams she works with learn to grow naturally and to lead with effectiveness, impact, and compassion in today’s complex and turbulent times. Born in the United Kingdom, Jo has lived in the Netherlands for 30 years with her husband and three children. Her work is characterised by openness, trust, respect, loving clarity, challenge, creativity, and joy.
