“Essence first. Action next. Impact that lasts.”
In this work, soul mission is not a job description or role. It is the quiet, steady current beneath everything you do – the energy that fuels your best decisions, shapes your presence, and makes your contribution unmistakable. When you can name it, feel it, and lead from it, three things happen:
Signal becomes stronger than noise. You recognise what’s truly being asked of you – by the moment, the market, your stakeholders, society – and you respond from purpose rather than pressure.
Alignment accelerates execution. Vision stops being an inspirational paragraph on the wall and becomes navigation in the room. Priorities get simpler. Choices and trade-offs get cleaner. People sense the clarity and coherence in your actions.
Presence changes outcomes. How you show up – your steadiness, focus of attention, and courage – begins to shift the system around you.

“When you lead from your soul mission,
signal cuts through noise.”

Trainer - Jo Bonizewski
Jo Boniszewski has been working closely with Alan Seale since 2013. Transformational Presence forms the essential backbone of how she approaches both her life and her work.
As a programme leader, she facilitates open-enrolment programmes as well as in-company programmes based on Transformational Presence.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a (team) coach and trainer in transformational leadership and personal development, she helps people get to the heart of an issue quickly, expand their awareness, and work with challenges rather than fight against them.
This leads to profound and lasting growth – true transformation. Before becoming a leadership coach, Jo spent 15 years in the corporate world. She understands the ‘language’ of her clients and effortlessly bridges rational thinking and intuitive knowing, as well as task-orientation and people-orientation.
As a result, the individuals and teams she works with learn to grow naturally and to lead effectively, impactfully, and compassionately in today’s complex and turbulent times. Jo was born in the United Kingdom and has lived in the Netherlands for over 30 years with her husband and three children. Her work is characterised by openness, trust, respect, loving clarity, challenge, creativity, and joy
